Sound: When you strike a tuning fork and hold it near a resonating chamber, you can observe the transfer of energy through sound waves. The sound waves cause the air molecules in the chamber to vibrate, transferring energy from the tuning fork to the air. Placing a vibrating object, like a smartphone, on a solid surface such as a table, can demonstrate the transfer of sound energy.
